Ken began his career in real estate in 1977, joining Magnolia Federal Savings and Loan as a Staff Appraiser with its service affiliate, Realty Services. He next served as Chief Appraiser with Pine Belt Savings and Loan Association.

In 1983 he opened a Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Company under the name of Kenneth R.

West, Inc. He continues to hold a state certified commercial appraisal license although the appraisal practice is currently inactive.

In the mid 80’s he formed a successful real estate sales brokerage which was discontinued to pursue an ever increasing appraisal market.  During this time, he also formed a partnership known as B & G Investments, Inc., which specialized in the development of medium priced residential homes. During this same period he served for over eight years as a local manager of the Veteran Association (VA) foreclosed properties

Ken joined London & Stetelman Commercial Realtors in October 1993 as Commercial Property Manager, bringing with him years of extensive experience in all types of residential and commercial management, development, sales and consultation expertise.

Ken & his wife Sally are deeply involved with their family in their home Community and are active in Petal Harvey Baptist Church where both have served on numerous committees and have taught several years in children’s Sunday School.

He brings over 27 years of experience in the direct valuation, sales, management, development and consultation of varied types of real estate and is a tremendous asset to London & Stetelman's team of real estate professionals.
